I needed to see Dement because I was in the ER twice and when I called to make an appointment Brooke calls me back but some how I missed her call and when I called her back to make the appointment again s Brooke never called me back and I called her three times and she never called me back.I play phone tag with Brooke and Karrie.Denent isnt a good doctor.All she talks about is me being a diabetic at every visit.I had a fall and I needed to see Dement but I didnt because I knew she wouldnt do anything.Now I heatd shes leaving and her patients have to anotjer primary doctor.

Extremely professional and caring. From checking me in to seeing Dr. Dement. She is, hands down, the best primary Dr. I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Dement to anyone I know looking for a PCP!!!

Since the pandemic, this location deals with respiratory issues and is planned out for efficiency ❣️ I’m not familiar with the clinic but was able to locate it, followed the protocols given and swiftly got accessed with a concise treatment plan explained. Dr Kristin Dement and her staff are very compassionate and extremely efficient especially during the long duration of the Covid epidemic and the mounting toll it is taking on healthcare workers.

After my last doctor moved, I had a painful experience trying to find a few one. I specifically wanted a DO as my primary care physician and Dr. Dement was one of the few I found near me that was accepting new patients. I've been a patient of hers for just over a year now and really happy with my decision. I'm seen on time and never feel rushed during my appointments.

Dr. Dement is hands down one of the best physicians I have had my entire life. She is attentive, kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and so selfless! Unlike many doctors, Dr. Dement treats her patients by integrating all aspects of ones life/health history into her practice. She takes her time and ensures you are comfortable during your visits as well as understand the information given to you. Not only is Dr. Dement professional and courteous when it comes to patient care and contact, she also ensures your treatment plan following your diagnosis is safe, effective, and the best option for you. It truly is relieving and reassuring to know I have found a doctor who truly cares for me as a person as well as my overall health. Dr. Dement is truly a gift to the Ascension- Franklin staff!

This physician shouldn’t work with people. She doesn’t listen to her patients, and lacks ANY kind of empathy for them. I would never recommend nor advise anybody To see her , much less make her their primary physician Because they would be sadly disappointed as I have been the past year. She is the worst physician I have ever encountered in my entire life.

I was recommended Dr. Dement through my OBGYN who is also with Ascension because she specializes in women’s health postpartum/breastfeeding. I, like many other women suffer from postpartum depression. Dr. Dement has listened to me from the beginning and quickly began helping me get the right medicine/dosage so I could be the best mom for my babies. She not only took care of my medical needs but actually listened and offered a shoulder to cry on when I was feeling the worst after having my baby in August 2020. If you are a new mom and in need of a new primary doctor I recommended seeing Dr. Dement.

I needed to choose a new doctor and my PCP left. I specifically searched out a DO as my new PCP because I feel their approach to medicine is a little more in tune with what I'm looking for. Dr. Dement didn't disappoint!

Great!!! As a new patient of Dr. Dement at Wheaton Franciscan Franklin, Wi, I feel she is a great Dr. Normally I have very little patience with any doctor or medical Professional. For being a young new Dr. I would highly recommend her for a family practice Dr.

Dr. Dement should be avoided when seeking medical treatment. I came in for a routine physical and discussed my concerns with her. She gave very weak advice (such as telling me to drink more water to treat moderate clinical depression). She also did not perform the proper steps for a physical appointment, so I was billed for an office visit. As a college student, my insurance covers a yearly physical, NOT an office visit. So now I am left with unnecessary medical bills and useless treatment.
