I’m only giving it a 3 star because of the rapid covid and flu response but if you have an appointment and insurance, you’ll wait in the car past your appointment time. Doctor will spend maybe 2 mins with you, prescribe you meds for something you can get otc and now will have a bill. If you’re sick, find a doc, if you need testing, go here. I did not have a good experience. Reception made me feel like I was bothering her and waited almost 50 minutes and I was still in the waiting room. Asked how much longer and she told me there was one person ahead of me. Needless to say, I left. Not what I call Urgent care!

The staff was very thorough and friendly. They followed up several times after my visit. I felt they did more to make sure they got it right than I had expected from an urgent care. I was very pleased.
