Honest and thorough with his evaluations and recommendations. If surgery is needed he is definitely the one to do it. Dr. Perlowitz performed a masterpiece on my neck and back and I will forever be grateful to him and his staff for their extraordinary concern and care.

I can not praise Dr. Perlewitz and his team enough! I have unfortunately had two surgeries on my lower back in two years. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire team! What a wonderful place to be in a time where I was at my lowest. Also, I have sent people his way and will continue to do so!

I just had an Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion that was performed by Dr. Perlewitz. Although it’s still early, I have been very satisfied with the way that I have been treated by Dr. Perlewitz and his team. From my initial appointment until my 1st post operative visit yesterday, I have felt confident in his diagnosis along with his skills to do this rather extensive surgery.

I did not see Dr. Perlewitz, he was in surgery. I saw his NP. She was very pleasant to deal with. I was hoping to see Dr. Perlewitz but I needed to get in as soon as possible too diagnose my issue and its severity. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t leave with more information. It’s still unsettling to know where things stand right now.

The way that he explained the problem was easy to understand, he is very personable. If I need surgery, I will choose him.

Dr. Perlewitz and his team are amazing! I am so happy that I went to see him! What a difference compared to my lifestyle before. I will brag and refer people to him and to MOSH for the rest of my life! I can't thank him enough!
