Waited quite awhile, but the wait was worth it.

Went in to solve pain in left shoulder. Was given a quick X-rays and had vitals taken. PA came in and said no broken bones. Was given a cortisone shot and released with instructions. Pain greatly diminished

the actual interaction was a 5 star but there was a long wait. Diagnosis was quick and treatment was somewhat explained, but I did not ask the right questions after the rotator cuff tear diagnosis and PT prescribed. Is surgery inevitable? By not having it done now make any ensuing surgery more difficult? What is the average rehab time after surgery?

My appointment was impromptu due to a shoulder problem that had surprisingly crept up years after its repair by Dr P. Nevertheless I was treated with care, respect and seriousness. My visit with Brian was like seeing an old friend again. He is the most competent PA I’ve ever known. He knew just what to do after we chatted. He told me what not to do to injure it again. Brian, Dr. Pennington PA is very knowledgeable with most situations as patients we put ourselves in when we have a bit of a setback, and he knows exactly what to do to correct it, and get you back on track. I am very fortunate to have someone as good as he is taking care of me when needed.
