List of Adrienne M. Maurer's Reviews
I've seen so many doctors and Dr. Maurer is the most caring and amazing doctor I've ever met. She's incredibly thorough and puts patients' health first.
Most caring doctor my family has ever had!!
This doctor was cold and impersonal. Her "philosophy" of requiring people to come in twice a year because she won't answer questions or refill your prescription at your annual appointment is ridiculous. It is disrespectful of people's time and budget. By the way, the second visit is not considered preventive so you are billed for an office visit. I went to see her as a follow up after a visit to urgent care for shortness of breath. She never even listened to my heart or lungs. She only kept reminding me that I had to make two appointments a year, and I had to make the next appointment before I left because she would not refill my life-saving prescription if I waited to make an appointment and couldn't get in before it ran out. I left feeling like I was scolded for something I didn't even do. I definitely will not be going back to this doctor.
This doctor was very cold and impersonal. Her "philosophy" of requiring people to come in twice a year because she won't answer questions or refill prescriptions at your annual check-up is ridiculous. The second appointment is then billed as an office visit. That is completely disrespectful of people's time and budget. She is more concerned about getting you to schedule another appointment than the reason for your visit. I was there as a follow up to an urgent care visit for shortness of breath. This was my first time seeing her. The doctor never even listened to my heart or lungs. She was more interested in making sure I made another appointment in six months for an annual physical, but reminded me that she would not be answering any questions or refilling my prescription at that time because she is too busy to do that at the annual appointment. I was required to make another one six months after that for questions and the refill of my prescription. I was warned that I had to make the appointment before I left because she fills up quickly and she would not refill my prescription if I waited and couldn't get an appointment before it ran out. I left feeling like I had been scolded for something I didn't even do. I felt like she cares more about billing me for a second appointment every year than she does about me as a person. What doctor sees a patient for the very first time and never does any sort of exam?
She is the best doctor.
I agree: tries to sound compassionate, but unwilling to look at treatments other than what's "standard". Admittedly doesn't keep up w/medical journals & other ways of approaching healthcare. Types while talking and seems to have her own agenda to accomplish. Continually confused me w/other patients and history (how is that possible?!). Yes, her clinic lost my test results more than once. Does apologize for wait time, but it never improves. Not receptive to alternatives to pharmaceuticals.
Excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients - providing compassionate and individualized care for each of her patients. She has been not only my primary care physician for many years, but also for my 2 daughters. We all love her.
DR,Maurer is one awesome caring DR, She takes her time with you.You could not ask for a better DR.
I have been with her since she started at this clinic. She is always friendly, caring and thorough.
Spends time with you above and beyond what is expected. Unsure what this guy is talking about, I've never had an issue with her being condescending. If she is typing on her tablet, its probably to send a prescription in. This is one of the best physicians in SE Wisconsin, and I have recommended her to my family and friends, and they as well say she is an excellent doctor. By the way, the billing process is clearly laid out when you arrive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
