Primers vez en Este consultorio. El trato en recepcion fue bueno, las instalaciones estan muy bien. La atencion de la Doctora Mailloux y enfermeras fue excelente durante la consulta y despues a traves de la aplicacion de My Chart. La App de Children's es muy buena y util.

I only have a problem with how the front desk lady assisted me with booking an appointment. She seemed very annoyed but I stayed with good energy.

I love my River Glenn Pediatric Family. They can be counted on to deliver the BEST care they are consistent and professional I am forever grateful for Dr. Promise she is a JEWEL. My husband and I have 7 adult children and a 11 year old. We had Dr. Jacqueline Howell as a pediatrician back in the days who has retired. Dr. Promise has been a doctor for several of our children who are responsible adults doing well. Dr. Promise is the greatest Pediatrician NOW! Who lives up to her name. Yes 🙌 we have a wonderful pediatrician for our son who has a HEART ❤️ for children and LOVES them genuinely. It truly a blessing to be able to take your children to the Dr and have a Dr who has built relationships with your children and can pour into them that’s important. Thank you River Glenn Pediatric Staff for your dedication and service to the community It is very much appreciated for sure. Blesseing Increase to you all a job WELL DONE! Love The Woodleys

My children look forward to seeing MD Promise for their yearly visits. My son calls her Doctor with the magic touch, she knows all her patients even without looking into the chat! The best pediatrician ever! My son visited a hospital in the past and was discharged home still sick, I had to call MD Promise, she listened to his complaints and gave us directions. Shortly after, my son slept off , he woke up healthy, strong and happy again. I am at peace knowing that my children are under the care of our MD Promise.

This is a great facility. The front staff is very courteous. The nurses are good listeners and communicate very well with parents and children alike. When our pediatrician isn’t not available, we’re always pleased with the other doctors that fill in.

Says they offer urgent care walk in on their website but they actually don't. After setting a walk in appointment and driving there they didn't want to tell me until I got there. Wasted my time. They should REALLY update their website. If you don't offer that then don't put it on your website!

We love this Dr.'s office! My children have both been going to Dr. Promise since they were newborn and my oldest is 12. I would never take then anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and it is always clean and professional. Thank you for taking such great care of my children.
