Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I came to Athletico with hip pain that made driving and sitting unbearable. I am so glad I could get an appointment quickly to receive care. Greg did a great job locating the source of my discomfort and I felt immense improvement after my first visit; after little more than a week and I feel almost 100%. The facility is very clean, with tons of equipment. Therapy included a variety of modalities to ease pain and build strength. I’m so happy with the care I’ve received at Athletico and recommend this clinic!

Very nice facility and Greg is an excellent therapist. Would recommend to anyone. He enjoys helping people and is very knowledgeable. My condition improved and I now understand how I can continue to keep it from recurring.

I have been in physical therapy off and on for a couple years at Athletico in Grafton and have received excellent care by professional and competent therapists. Currently I am back for some PT for my hip. I was able to receive a free evaluation and direct communication with my orthopedic doctor compliments of Greg.

Athletico Grafton provides excellent, goals-based physical therapy. I have worked with both Greg and Martha and have found them both to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and skilled. I have learned so much about my condition post-surgery and feel that my needs are heard. I have received physical therapy at other locations prior to this point and can confidently recommend Athletico over them all. They have helped me navigate the variety of exercises and treatments that are available as I recover. As an athlete I am highly impressed with the level of care I have received, the flexibility of scheduling, and the empowerment of learning more about safely returning to my every day activities.

Three years ago or close to that I broke my foot and was sent here . Horrible rude , did not listen to me told me I was not healing right because I'm old ! I know my body and it was not healing right . Yesterday I went to a foot doctor who confirmed all I said to this person and the horrible orthopedic I went toDo not go he

I never went to Athletics prior to this injury. I have now gone 4 times and feel so much better. I am very impressed with Greg, my therapist. He knows & understands what I need to get better. A++++. And thank you.

Everything that you could ask for in post-surgery rehab. Easy scheduling and flexibility, helpful and committed staff. Always felt that it was a team effort and hated the process but enjoyed my very qualified therapist and am thrilled with the results. Not sure what they could do to improve the process.

So my review is long over due! I was in therapy for a work injury during Covid. I have used the same provider for 15+ years and was bumbed when my family caught Covid; delaying my PT. Thankfully, I was referred to Athletico who offered video visits. The team was Absolutely Awesome! I couldn't have asked for a more flexible, attentive team than the Grafton team. They even modified their locations based on my work schedule. How AMAZING is that? Their customer service is much more than you expect in the medical arena. I am a verified customer and will be returning for any future needs. I have also recommended them to others seeking good PT providers. Awesome and considerate!!!!
