UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE We took our 5-month-old in to be seen, per a referral from our pediatrician, for difficulty breathing/clearing nasal passage way. Dr. Gossman had his preconceived notions made up before he even walked in the room. He spent 5 seconds examining her, then plopped down all slouched out in the exam chair and said “she’s fine.”Gave us a 2 minute “she’s okay just let her grown out of it” explanation and that was it. We felt dismissed and were shown no empathy or understanding as concerned parents. It was like we were wasting his time. This is the second doctor at this ENT location who made us feel this way. Unprofessional and disrespectful. We will not return.

Went in to be evaluated for sinus issues. I felt Dr. Gossmans personality was cold/arrogant and he also rushed in and out of the room. He didn't explain many details of what was being done, gave me a list of things they would do and then when the results did not show what he thought he basically told me I didn't know what my own body was experiencing for years. He gave no plans to resolve or help with my issues, other than to come back when I had actual symptoms. They were the same symptoms I was currently experiencing. $500+ after insurance to be told I'm not smart enough to know my own body. I rarely complain about services, but I don't want this to happen to someone else, and frustrated with the cost to be treated this way and to recieve no answers.

Dr. Gossman treated me for a deviated septum and chronic nose bleeds. Surgery went very well and he was incredibly receptive to all of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Gossman.

One star is even too high of a rating for this doctor. I went for ear and throat pain, and the first thing he did was scope my nose - billed my insurance for$956 for this procedure. Total bill was almost $1500. He told me he didn’t know what was causing the pain and said I would just have to live with it. Horrible bedside manner. Turns out I have TMD/TMJ. He should’ve been able to diagnose this.

Horrible doctor didn’t care about anything about my situation of my concerns made me feel like I was hopeless and had no way to get better. DO NOT GO HERE. When I asked to see a different doctor his office wouldn’t let me.

Charged nearly $1000 for a 90 second procedure. When shocked by the bill, was told you should ask first. Rather pathetic and disengeneous to expect a patient to think there would be such a high cost just to take a "quick look" in the nose. Besides there was another $441 charge for the half hour visit. I hate complaining about other professionals as I am one also, but if that is how you want to run a practice, then I have no respect for the physician or Aurora..

I have seen Dr. Gossman several times for several issues and he has always been attentive and kind. He has answered my questions clearly, and I believe that he cares very much for his patients. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Gossman was wonderful. He was patient, kind, and answered all of my questions. Despite the fact that I knew he was in and out of surgery the second time he saw me, I never felt rushed and appreciated how he put my mind at ease. It is obvious he takes pride in what he does. Previous reviews have little to do with this doctor specifically and everything to do with the clinic’s billing policies and procedures. I hope I won’t need ENT services again in the future but if I do, I will specifically seek out Dr. Gossman

Dr Gossman help make my life more easy by helping me with my cronic sinus infections. The doctor & his staff were super helpful in assisting & educating me of proper care. im very thankful for all his help in relieving the constant on going struggle with sinus infection.
