I felt well taken care of by all staff from making my appointment on the phone, to easy check in process, comfy waiting area. Everyone listened to my concerns and addressed my needs ,explained everything fully and clearly. Treatment options and outcomes were discussed and why one might be better than another. So I felt I was really being included in the process not just treated and released.

I had a total knee replacement four weeks ago. When first meeting Dr. Miller he listened carefully to my explanation of the problem I was having with my knee. He explained the procedure and the after care that would be needed. Surgery went well and I am presently doing PT. Whenever a problem arose the staff and Doctor responded quickly and adjustments were made in medications and therapy. On follow up appointments questions were clearly answered. I’m very pleased with how well all the team members work together to ensure the best outcome from my knee replacement surgery. I look forward to a complete recovery in the coming weeks.
