She’s very personable and she is very thorough. She answered all and any questions before I even got to ask them.

In hindsight, Dr.O'Connor did not really listen to me. I rarely saw her at my appointments for my breast reconstruction . I spent more time with the nurses and had to ask to see Dr. O'Connor. I did not end up with a desirable result. The staff was pleasant. Compassion was missing from all my encounters. Dealing with breast cancer and masectomies was extremely difficult....it didn't help leaving her practice feeling sad and deflated. I ended up seeking out another plastic surgeon to fix the disappointment I saw in the mirror each day....and so glad I did!

I do not even want to leave her 1 star she scared my face for life and.it me thru excruiating pain removing a tumor the pain was so horrible my whole body was shaking amd my teeth were chattering from all the. Pain she ut me thru avoid at all costs best place is pn hwy 44 in oshkosh wiscomsin

I had a tumor and wanted it removed, she froze it and never waited for area to freeze, she went and sliced right into the tumor area I felt the first cut, and felt her pulling all of the stuff out of the tumor. I told her she was hurting me about 5 or 6 times. Finally I could not stand the pain anymore and my whole body was shaking shoulders down to my legs and toes... My teeth were even chattering.. she said I am not going to put any stitches in it then was out of the room she did tell me not to change the bandage for 10 days.. well my head was frozen for 8 hours later (a lot of good that did) I am diabetic so the next day I changed the bandage it was still bleeding I was shocked to see there were NO STERI STRIPS EITHER on it.. so I had some I put on myself, I called the next day they say just put Vaseline on it..??? WTH I went in to have them look at it Candi just said it was fine... she just didn't care to redo it correctly... I can tell you this I have all pucker marks on my forehead and also a big dent which I never had before either... SO PLEASE if you want a decent job DO NOT go to this BUTCHER!!!! I can't even call her a DR. Also I contacted risk management and the lady says oh I don't think we are talking about the same Dr. as to make a joke about it. She was so unprofessional this risk management lady (Angela or Andrea) don't remember and don't care. My BF is a Director at the Mayo Clinic she advised me to get a Lawyer that is what I am going to do after I contact the BBB on here and file a few other complaints against her.. I DO NOT want anyone to suffer what I had to go thru it was a nightmare!!! I am scared for life now and none of them care about any of this! SO I took it into my own hands to warn everyone. Also Risk Management told me in her notes. Elizabeth Oconnor said she put stitches in what a lie... anything to cover their butts.. Just a heads up .. GOd Bless you all in Life....

I’ve had Dr Elizabeth O’Connor who did my reconstruction surgery following double bilateral mastectomy & she goes above & beyond to make sure I am satisfied & if I have any issues she corrects them, no questions asked so I physically look & feel more confident within myself, I recommend Elizabeth to anybody seeking out cosmetic or reconstruction following breast cancer/mastectomy she is very kind, caring & amazing bedside manner??????, Jennifer Binish

Doesn't listen. Not a good bedside manner. stand offish

Told several times what I was hoping for my final result. Was assured it would be done, even though she never really listened. Came out of surgery with the same defects and concerns as when I went in. Still can't figure out why none of the problems were fixed: Indentations, flap of skin hanging, uneven lipo, torso looks worse than when I started, severe rippling in middle of both breasts, ridges on side. I am severely depressed and when I called to express it, no one ever returned my call or tried to help me understand or even talk to me.

Had quite a few post-op problems, some I attribute to her general skill level. Does not answer questions well. Seems in a hurry. Technically quite skilled with great cosmetic result.
