0n 04/02/2022, my husband took our son fishing in the Eureka/Oshkosh area. The fishing area had a clear path and a short cut where there were lots of brushes and branches blocking the trail. My husband decided to take the short cut way and while maneuvering his way around, he unfortunately stepped straight into a pointy branch that ruptured his left eye. With emergency surgery needed to repair his eye, he went to Mercy Ascension Emergency in Oshkosh. After the staffs assessed my husband's eye needs, they called Dr. Eric Larson (ophthalmologist) to perform the medical eye surgery. With the power and grace of God through Dr. Larson, he did an outstanding job on my husband eye surgery. My husband eye trauma was not an easy one but a complex eye injury outside the norm. With that, I thank God for sending Dr. Larson a humble, gentle, compassionate and skilled/knowledgeable eye doctor to help my husband in a time of need. Thank you for all that you do for my husband. I pray for God to bless you and your clinic always. THANK YOU!

This guy is top of the line. You can tell he knows his stuff, as he is expedient, decisive and clear on what he is doing. I had both eyes done and was 20/20 on first one in two weeks, and it has only been 4 days since surgery on the left eye, and vision is clearer every day. Glasses? Good bye! (After 50 years of buying them and reaching for them first thing in the morning!)
