Dr. Schmidt and his staff are wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and professional!

Any time I have visited, I have been treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Dr. O’Conner is absolutely wonderful!! The whole team has always gone above and beyond to make sure my visits have been a positive experience. I couldn’t ask for a better team. I would recommend Skin Specialists 1000 times over!

I cannot say enough good about Dr. O'Conner, Jsckie and her entire staff. They are understanding and compassionate about the procedures you have done. They answer all questions completely and if you need to be seen they always made a spot for me. Bbn if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Very greatful for Dr Schmidt's surgical skills that are advanced beyond typical plastics. Needed a chest area skin flap to close a stubborn wound from heart surgery.

HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Schmidt was horrible, he told me “ I don’t have to to discuss was the nurse told you of what was said o ed the phone, are you scheduling surgery or not” this doctor should not be allowed to talk to anyone

Doctor o'connor is disrespectful with no compassion for her patience or her mistakes! She left my stomach deformed, left me suffering in pain for a year before trying to fix it. Then had me come in knowing I was already in pain and started stabbing with the needle one right after another not even giving it a mon to kick in knowing how painful it was and got mad at me bacause I couldn't lay still. Talked to me like everything was my fault and walked out the room. I want home 30 mins later I'm still not numb,in more pain and itchy! If you can not have compassion, patience and understanding with your patience you do not deserve to be a doctor! My dentist is more professional and compassionate than her!

About a week ago I saw Cassady for my very first Botox appointment. I was a little nervous that it would sting. I talked to Cassady about my concerns and she immediately put me at ease. Cassady was so great to work with. She reviewed the areas that I was concerned with and came up with a plan. Because it was my first time she recommended that we take a light hand. Janelle is so down to earth, honest and genuine. I trust her opinion and ideas. I know she understands me because she listens and then talks me through the procedure and benefits. I always feel good about what we’ve done when I walk out the door.

The The Staff at this facility is the absolute best! During my annual skin check, I mentioned that I needed to see a plastic surgeon regarding implant removal. Dr. O'Connor was able to see me right then and we scheduled the surgery. Jackie Ots followed up. Efficient, prompt, thorough!

Just came in for a skin consultation when scheduled over the phone was told it was a free consultation. Arrived at my appointment after waiting a month to get in told there is consultation fee. Poor communication will not be coming back.
