There are real, true, flesh and blood "angels" that walk among us. I had the good fortune to meet 3 of them yesterday at the Greenfield Ascension ER. Aisha, Johari and Dr. Zaid. (Ladies, I apologize if I got one or both of your names wrong. I was stressed to excess by the time we got there) They went over and beyond being concerned, helpful and understanding of a situation my daughter and I were in. 5 stars are not enough to show my gratitude to these absolutely wonderful people. You're worth all the stars in the sky. Thank you, Laurie and Dawn
This is a mini-hospital with an ER (so don't be surprised if you get an ER bill for going to the ER). I needed to go to an ER (severe pain from what I thought might be kidney stones but also wasn't sure) and had a wonderful experience (minus the pain). Almost zero wait; no one else in the waiting room. Friendly front desk staff. Everyone involved in my care from techs to nurses, doctors and radiologists were professional, friendly, and attentive. All waiting periods were reasonable and explained up front (e.g., needing to wait on labs or for the IV to finish). The ER doctor brought up something I mentioned in my initial conversation again at the end of the visit, proof that he was listening to me. They explained what I should do once I returned home and how to follow up with my primary care doctor. I hope I never have to go back. But if I ever need that level of care again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hospital.
I went in for a severe sore throat. It was so severe I couldn't sleep or swallow. I thought it was strep throat. The doctor walked into the room and before even examining me said, "you don't have strep, you have covid." Because this doctor was already convinved I had covid the only thing he looked at was my throat. It was swollen and red. The nurse barely swabbed my throat. More like a gentle tickle of the roof of my mouth. The strep came back negative. Then the same nurse deeply stabbed both of my nostrils, really digging in, unlike her the gentle strep swab. Covid came back negative too. My nasal passage, ears, lymohnodes, breathing were never checked. 2 days later my throat is even worse and I have to go back in to get this checked out. I can't swallow and I'm dehydrated. It's unfortunate this doctor assumed covid before seeing me. He sent me home to rest and isolate as if I was a Leeper. Horrible care. Can't believe I had to pay for this. The guy at the front desk made sure I paid before I left. Would not recommend.
This hospital is a scam. I simply requested a COVID test and they never disclosed this would be an Emergency Room visit which they then billed $500 for a simple COVID test.
the lady at the front said they offered covid test but failed to inform us that it was a whole emergency room visit. They then charged 500$ and made us wait in a room for an hour. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
