This facility was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. I’m somewhat claustrophobic and they have a shorter and more roomy MRI. I’ll no longer be apprehensive about getting an MRI. GREAT PLACE!!!

My husband had an MRI today. We were met by Wendy at the door. She was smiling and very pleasant for a Sunday morning! Check in was fast and efficient. The technician who did the MRI, Marlys, was patient, profesional and addressed any of my husband's questions or concerns without hesitation. She was very friendly to work with. As you can see from the photos the waiting room was very clean and beautiful. My husband said the MRI room wad also very clean. He felt confident and comfortable in all aspects of this appointment. We would highly recommend this MDI and staff!

Very disgusted with service. Ortho ordered MRI for shoulder pain, been trying to get this set up for over 2 weeks. After 15 calls to MDI, Md, and insurance was told different things by each person I spoke with regarding auth. Having to repeat process all over every time I call. Have been told by Ortho and MDI "it's out of their hands." None of them want to check and follow thru to see where the hold up is and get this set up. As a patient in severe shoulder pain I was told by friend nurse it isn't up to me to do this. Unfortunately not like when I worked in health care for 25 years. If I didn't know the answer, I told patient I would find out and call them back which I did. ~This Customer service at it's worst. Would NOT recommend any of their locations unless they are updated on how to handle this so it doesn't happen to another patient in severe pain!!!!!!PS...Even asked for supervisor Chad got voice mail and still 3 days later NO call back!!!!!

Avoid this place. Used, stained furniture in the front and rear waiting rooms. They actually are using a natural gas fireplace, cuz wasting hydrocarbons is swell! Receptionists are inept. Great place to get MRSA. I'd recommend it only to people I despise
