The providers have been kind, caring and knowledgeable. We’ve been under the care of Dr. Sarah McFarland, Melissa O’Keefe, PA-C, and Laura Beeson, FNP, during bouts of acute illness; all 3 truly listen to your concerns, are supportive, have great bedside manner and provide excellent care. Availability of appointments is great and wait times in urgent care have been reasonable. I also love that you can check the wait time in urgent care on their website before heading in so you know what to expect.

This place is absolute trash. If you want the full story, head over to g00gle review for the complete run down. the short version is: unprofessional, rude staff; billing shakedown; extra charges; and battlefield medic-level care. They will never get another dime from my family; I will lay down in the street and die before I seek treatment from this Silent Hill nightmare again. Beware.

I am not a fan of urgent care. When I asked for a doctors note, the Dr. left the room and started talking badly about the workplace where I work, calling my bosses micromanaging because I asked for a doctors note I also left urgent care with a needle still attached to me. When I invoiced my concerns, they called me back and only seem interested in the part where the doctor was talking bad. Not about the fact that they sent me with a needle still stuck in my arm not once did they ask if I was OK. Or asked for me to come back to get checked.

Great place! I have been here two times and my exspiriances were positive ones. On my last visit I went in for a possible fracture... and they got me in and out pretty quickly.

I love my PC but if I cannot get in with her nobody else will actually do anything for you. Also they require payment in full in 4 months or they won't see you and send you to collections even if you are making monthly payments in an amount you can afford! I've been using this practice for 20 years and I am sincerely disgusted by their prioritizing money over patient care. If you cannot pay them quickly then you are below them.
