I have known Dr. Smith since she first started at OMC and she delivered my grandson and was his dr. As mine,she is a wonderful dr and a wonderful person. I have moved and we do not see her anymore an my grandson is a teenager now but I would highly recommend her.

June 10,2018, I met with Dr Smith to discuss my meds and I informed her that “something was happening as I had a blister on my nose and right eyelid and my scalp was very sensitive”. Her answer was “oh it’s probably a sty”. Within the next 72 hrs I had full blown shingles on the right side of face. My plans for two European trips in July and August we’re ruined. If she had taken a minute to diagnose it and if I were put on the meds immediately it would hv nipped the horrible virus. I still hv it

Dr. Smith is an excellent physician. She was my OB Doctor for both of my sons and gave me exceptional care. I would highly recommend her care to anyone.

Dr. Kari Smith was great at all of my appointments, but was awful during my labor. I was admitted at 1:30 am. She did not come in early and refused to cancel the days appts. I was not offered a different delivery dr, I was given a med to stop the labor. When she did come to deliver my son, it was a challenge to get the delivery back into progress. Actual quotes said to me by Dr. Kari Smith were, "I know Courtney delivery hurts", and, "it's not good for me to eat after 6:30".
