Nichole was very helpful and professional
the therapist was very understanding and knowledgeable and even in this first visit gave input on how I might help myself.
Very friendly employees, easy to make appointments and communication thru the portal is easy and fast. I really like both my therapist and med Dr here.
Feel genuinely cared for by the staff and provider.
We have really struggled getting our teen daughter in to be seen with a counselor and after waiting (nowhere nearly as long as other places) got her in to be seen. Things seemed to be going well until they sent us the first bill. They are charging us around $400 or more per hour for each visit. WARNING: I would really hesitate to go here unless you have tons of money or have the best insurance possible and ensure that your insurance will cover this price gouging. Most other places we have called charge less than half of what they do. I wanted to add a bit more to this review a few months after what I wrote before. Things haven’t really improved from the billing and customer service side. My daughter likes her counselor but the rest has been awful. Whenever you have an issue you want to try to inquire about or when you need to try to reschedule an appointment, be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes or up to about an hour to talk to anyone. They will find ways to charge you extra. For example, on a snow day when school was cancelled and all activities were cancelled because of how bad it was. My wife tried to call and reschedule but given the wait time being excessive, she couldn’t wait on hold any longer. They are now charging us over $100 for a missed appointment. It doesn’t seem to matter if you leave a message either to try to reschedule because you can’t wait any longer or if you leave a message so they can call you back about an issue- they won’t call you back. Overall my daughter likes her counselor but this group is absolutely awful to work with otherwise. As soon as we can get an opening at a waitlisted other place, we will be looking elsewhere
My interaction with this company has been unacceptable. The therapist is great, I believe she has a great hear but not worth 400 dollars per visit with insurance. I think that is noteworthy. The receptionist never transfers you to the right extension, the billing associates will leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes. They sometimes hang up as well. I once called to get some advance regarding a bad reaction to medication, the telephone nurse lied to me and said my reaction was normal. Please note - I was in pain and wanted clarity as to if this was a normal side effect. This nurse told me that it was and I could sense the lack of confidence in her voice. Why would a medical professional do that?? This is unprofessionalism at it's best. I'll state here again that they charge $400 plus per visit to people that are trying to get help. I've worked with a few doctors in the past and I've never had a company be this annoying to work with. I'd give this company a half star rating but that's not an option.
I have found that the nurses, office assistant, and PA are all very helpful and kind. They have a sense of humor, which I like. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I have medication. They listen to me and what I have to say.
They are amazing. Got in that week.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
