He may very well be a technically sound sound medical practitioner, but his communication skills are lacking, especially at the initial stages. Then, he will blame the patient, with his communication going from unclear, to condescending. It would be one thing if we were talking about a genius surgeon at the Mayo, but for basic family practice, quality communication is an important aspect in the quality of care one receives. My family and I have been seeing him for over 10 years and he is always great at communicating, he has even called to check up on my sons when they have been sick. There is no other doctor that compares to the compassion and respect he gives you.

Might be a technically gifted Dr., as my feedback is not in regards to his medical opinions. His communication skills lack clarity at the initial stages of care, and then transition into an arrogance that far exceeds his area of specialty. If you want a side of condescension with your care, he's your guy.

Dr. Harrold is a wonderful Dr. I though it was impossible to replace Dr. Olson when he retired. But Dr. Harrold fills his shoes!
