Dr. Bauer is a breath of fresh air! I took my 14 year old son for a sports physical. We spent 2 hours with Dr. Bauer. My son never had such a detailed exam. Dr. Bauer is soft spoken, patient and very tall. He spoke to my son at his teenage level, answered all my questions and my son gave me a thumbs up with his approval. I liked that we felt more like family, then just an MR number.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Bauer for ADD. When I lost track of how long it had been since her last appointment and took her in 2 months for a refill instead of 3, Dr. Bauer hastily assumed that we were selling my daughter's prescriptions illegally. I'm one of the most law abiding citizens ever! I realize that this is a serious problem and has to be investigated, but Dr. Bauer handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally.
