children's urgent care is one of the worst places to take your child, not only did i wait for 3 hours but the doctor who took my son back did not listen to one thing i said. I was there for my child who had a head injury, I left with my kid supposedly having a virus! what, the provider never examined my child's head or never assessed him for a neuro exam. all she did was talk about how he may have a virus because he was throwing up!! he was throwing up only in the morning had just completed his antibiotics and was doing a lot better from the virus that he had recently had. He hit his head and was Nath argic his balance was off, also I work in the health care field so i do have some back round on what to do for a head injury, she never even looked at his eyes to exam his pupils to make sure that they would dilate to light, which normally for a head injury that should be one of the first things you do. she touched my kids head and said oh his head is fine, what in the world, where did this lady get her license. I will never bring my kid back to this urgent care never and highly recommend people go to aurora health care urgent care be forever going to children's urgent care thank God i spoke with my childs ent who highly recommended getting an mri asap.

Staff upfront were very nice. But the woman who took us into the room and got or info man handles my daughter and wouldn't let me hold her let alone hold her hand while they swabed her. Laughed when my daughter said she didn't want the medicine. Overall very rude and upsetting.

My 4 yr old child had been sick for 5 weeks. His little sister was on day 11 of coughing and no sleep. After 3 calls to his primary care I was told it was just a virus. I even scheduled an appointment only to be canceled the day off. I had 1 virtual visit and was still told it was just a virus. It wasn’t until we were seen at Children’s Urgent Care Kenosha that my son was given the correct diagnosis. Both he and his 1 year old sister were diagnosed properly and treated with antibiotics for an ear infection. I would highly recommend this service.

I am so thankful for this place! After difficulties with my normal provider and six hours in an emergency room waiting room without being seen, I made the decision and drove over an hour to come here based off of Google reviews and I am so thankful we did! My 11 month old has covid and RSV and an ear infection and was working to take breaths and rattling. She was seen by the nurse, doctor, and had her sinus cleaning treatment in less than an hour. The treatment was exactly what she needed and she sounds 100% better. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
