He is extremely rude. Without even an exam was told I am too old for a procedure I made the appointment for. I wanted a second opinion. He did not answer my questions, nor check the glasses I brought with me,said,"I am not concerned with your glasses at this point". My dry eye was his only concern. A waste of my time, 2 hours.

My 7 year old son and I loved our experience with Dr. Banas! My son complained of not being able to see the TV and when reading at school. I scheduled an appointment at The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha and was able to get in with Dr. Banas fairly quickly. He was very efficient and to the point of correcting my sons vision and made the experience comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase frames or unnecessary and costly tests, absolutely no hassles! He even contacted me to see if we were able to find a correct pair of glasses for him. Very caring. Thank you!

Will never schedule with him again. When I went for my eye exam last year, I told him I couldn't see as well as I used to and he said I was just trying to get new frames for my glasses. I went to a new doctor, and my prescription changed! My concerns were ignored and seemed irrelevant to him.
