My whole experience was positive! I spoke to a gal by the name of Rachel on the phone and she was very pleasant and patient with my questions! Then I was greeted with a big smile and found out it was the gal that I spoke to on the phone! Dr Matthew Marcus took the time and explained what my problem was with my knee, and what I need to do to ease the pain! He is very caring and patient! Gianna his assistant is incredible! I can’t say enough about them both! Excellent place to come to for your orthopedic care!

I had an accident 33 yrs. ago with my knees & no one helped me in anyway. I suppose in some ways you could call it a hit & run. After all these years the problem from way back really caught up with me plus more damage. Dr. Marcus took the time to listen about my problem. He was very understanding & cleaned my knee out. I had a torn meniscus on both sides plus baker cyst & arthritis under knee cap. Before the surgery therapy didn't help, it just got worse. After the surgery the therapy helped & as time goes by I've been finally having improvement. Thank you Dr. Marcus for your help!

I was unsure at first but he explained things in detail and I understood. He did an amazing job on my knee and I cant thank him enough. I will continue to recommend him.

Dr. Marcus spent the time plus needed to go over xrays, MRI and my concerns. I was very pleased with the amount of time plus his being personable. I would recommend him highly as I switched from another doctor who never even met with me from a different group - the PA me with me. His staff, as well, was personable and made me feel comfortable. 5 stars from me!

Dr. Marcus will show up late to your appointment because he is complaining with his staff in the hallway loud enough for patients to hear. When he does see you, visits will be rushed and short-lived. He fails to take adequate time to show patients their images and explain their condition in an easy to understand language. He fails to listen to patients' concerns in the few minutes he decides to be present. Your time and health would be better valued with a different provider.

Dr. Marcus is great! I tore my ACL and he did an amazing job in my surgery! And then when i had an issue with my insurance and physical therapy was more then willing to write a statement for my appeal. His assistant Gianna is also amazing. A great team and i am thankful for their care over the last almost year!

Have seen a lot of doctors in my time, and, he was not impressive at all...was in a hurry...didn't explain much at all....in and out....seemed to be in it for the money rather than the patient. Would not recommend. He is NOT going to help the strength of the orthopedic group he is associated with now.

Referred by Ortho Specialist and trust his recommendations. Dr was pleasant, straight to the point and was informative with assisting with my needs for care.
