During my normal cleaning appointment, a problem infected area was detected and treated. I also was given home treatment for the infected area for a month with a follow-up appoint. . I was very glad they found the problem and hopefully the home treatment will remedy the problem.

I was very happy with being able to get an emergency appointment for my chipped front tooth. Dr Tom has a special talent in dentistry. The understanding and technique was above what I expected. I enjoy going to River Park Family Dental. Friendly staff makes me feel comfortable. I must admit that the song All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth keeps playing in my mind. I'm so pleased.

This was the worst visit I've ever had with Dr. Tom. I have been a patient for years with no complaints ever. But this time was different. I left the office in so much pain. My throat was sore, I could barley swallow. My tongue hurts so bad, that I can't even speak or eat. Just swallowing a sip of water hurts like hell. He was saying my tongue was bleeding. I feel like a piece of my tongue is missing. There is definitely like a callous on it. Every time I move my tongue it hurts. Hopefully it will be better before Thanksgiving, Because right now I can't even eat oatmeal, or take a drink of anything. Sorry but I have to be honest. He would normally get a higher rating from me.

Dr Tom and staff are wonderful! They all are so friendly and get to know you like a friend. I'm very fearful of dentistry work so when I moved to the area I was very careful on picking a dentist as I left a dentist I had for many years. My decision to go to Dr Tom has provided me a comfortable atmosphere with professionalism, friendliness and very satisfying dentistry work. Thank you Dr Tom and staff !!

As always a fantastic trip to the dentist. I say this as a person who used to fear going to the dentist more than death. Dr Tom is a professional with an old soul. Angie at the Front desk is always there with a smile and greets you by name all while she is busy unraveling difficult dental preauthorizations. I met Sam today a very chatty dental assistant. She also complimented me on taking the time to care for my teeth. She really helped set the mood for my crown work and was very informative about everything she was going to do and gave great direction as to what she needed from me. Every work place needs more Sam’s , she obviously really likes her job. Overall I get the feeling that I know that all of my dental needs will be done professionally, correctly, and pain free. I can now say”I love going to the dentist”.
