Drove all the way down from Racine only to find out that the appointment wasn’t made. Total waste of time I don’t know who the clerk was the day we made the appointment but she did not do her job. Very bad.

The staff are all very attentive and kind. Dr. Sorensen is knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them for any foot problems.

Dr. Bernstein and her staff is top notch. I hurt my foot after years of running without stretching. After about two years of dealing with pain, I finally decided on going to get it checked out. She diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that avoided a dreaded surgery. Daily stretches, reduce the inflammation with ice and pills, and new insoles. I'll be ready to get back out running in no time. I highly recommend this place. It would be perfect if she let me go barefoot again. One can dream.

Saw dr..Dr. Cernack last year. Had a follow up appointment, office confirmed the appt They called me the day of my appointment and canceled it. Stating Dr left. I asked for my results to be sent to me. Three times I requested my results. After paying for several tests, and a year later I am going to a different podiatry office. I called yesterday now they tell me that they cannot send my records to another dr but they can send to me. Watch for an email releasing my records. NEVER received the email. Yeah I checked inbox and spam. I want my records. BTW, Dr. Cernack was great. Loved her sense of humor. The rest of my experience was not so good.

As a new and very scared patient I have never been so upset for a very long time after Dr. Sorenson walked into the room and treated me so inappropriately convalescing in rude and smug this is Dr. Matthew Sorenson I was and still am in terrible pain and I have found a decent appropriate doctor to Take care of me and do my surgery and help me I see on his website that he has not been there very long at Bristol office and He majored In biology he had another person in the room did not introduce himself and maybe he said 50 words to me in about three minutes I cried and cried and cried after I left there and I felt hopeless I’m getting ready to pay the bill because I do not want to get sent to the bill collector and it’s absolutely ridiculous how much I got charged for what was done he did not earn a penny for this doctor visitBut he will get paid because I am a good person and I take care of my bills even ones that are very unfair
