Dr. Zernia makes the already terrifying ordeal of going to the ER an even more unpleasant experience. His demeanor towards both myself as a patient and the people who worked with him seemed to be that of a man who thinks everyone is beneath him. I think he took one look at me and saw that I was a young adult, and automatically came to his own conclusion of what to do without even listening to me. I went in for a migraine. I don't have a history of headaches. Zernia's advice? That I needed sleep. No duh. But kindof hard to do that when your head is about to explode and you don't know why. Honestly, the few times I've had the misfortune of being seen by Zernia have made it really tough for me to go back to the ER, even when I know I should go for some things.

Did not treat me like a human being. Only saw me as a thing to quickly check off his list.

Was a terrible experience. He made me feel completely incompetent and seemed like I had no reason to see him, even when I was having a one of the severe side effects of my medication. He did not make any effort to try to talk to me like a human being. I have never had such poor medical care.

I was told there was "nothing more they could do for me" following my TIA. Waited around hours to get sent home.

His diagnosis was possible Malingering and anxiety and depression. When my true diagnosis should have been bone spurs, hearnation, lessions, degenerate disk diease and spinal stenosis, fibromyalia. Which his failure to took into caused me perment nerve danage.
