They are all so nice from calling to get an appointment set up she explained the whole process and what I need to do before seeing someone then seeing the provider who was so down to earth and easy to talk to it was like talking to a friend so friendly and happy and really listened to me and got my input on a lot of things and asked how I felt about certain things if I agreed with her or would change anything just amazing and I got in to see someone right away! I work at the hospital and there are about year waiting lists everywhere so it was awesome to get In right away!

My counselor is excellent. She knows what she's doing when it comes to accurate diagnosis. She listens carefully and asks the right questions in order to help me get to a better place in my mind when I'm struggling greatly and near crisis. I am grateful to be able to meet with my counselor over the telephone so thank you Nystrom & Associates for that! I will continue to meet via telephone with my counselor to deal with my mental health and hopefully gain tools to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at Nystrom & Associates in La Crosse are absolutely the best in every way, on video calls or in person. I've been going there for some time now and they are consistently the best mental health professionals and customer service/receptionist personnel I've dealt with in my 60-some years. Highly recommend.

Been struggling with mental health and finally decided that it’s time to reach out and get the help I need. After hearing very good reviews about this place I decided it was the place for me to choose. Setting up an account was nearly impossible with always having to call back and forth and being left on hold for 30+ minutes. Just to be told days later that no one in the area is available to take my insurance and that virtual therapy would be the next option. OR driving to Eau Claire. This is when people give up on themselves. When we feel let down by the system we are supposed to trust, who are we supposed to go to then? Thanks for the help. Won’t be needing anymore.

Overall good experience from office staff to therapist to psychiatrist, whether via in-person, phone, or telehealth.

Have had about 4 appointments there so far and it's pleasant everytime I go. My therapist is wonderful and makes me feel comfortable and my psychiatrist is open and is great at explaining everything. Everyone is very nice, front desk receptionists are always friendly and helpful, even when calling with questions

I started with this company a year ago. Everyone has treated me with respect and has listened with open ears. I recently changed from having a psychiatrist to individual therapy. No questions were asked why. They got me in 2 weeks. I would recommend this company who is in need of mental health services.
