Pat the receptionist and Rose the technician were marvelous. My mother went in for a CT scan and we almost instantly got an appointment since my mother was under Medicare. No waiting. So fast efficient and simple. Handicapped parking and Handicapped entrance. Staff is friendly helpful and cheerful. Id recommend this facility and will come back if my mother needs more imaging.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tech who does the mri and ct scans is very polite professional and kind I would recommend this place to everyone.

Argumentative and defensive staff. Many errors made on my accountvisit too many people allowed in waiting room for Covid protocol. Will not be returning.

I could not ask for a better place. It was my first time there and while trying to scheduale an appointment over the phone I was informed that they have to have order form on hand to schedule me. So I went in person instead of faxing and was taken the same day they fit me right away did all the paperwork I had authorization number from insurance already. People were very nice extremely helpful and professional. Im extremely happy. would recommend it .

Was referred to CDI for a CT Scan. When I arrived reception was very pleasant. They were upfront regarding what my outofpocket would be before going back for the scan. The waiting room was pleasant offering coffee while you wait. I really didnt wait long and the technician came to get me. She was very pleasant and informative. The scan was quick. She offered me a water and a snack and I received my paperwork and disk within 10 minutes. I thought the office staff was nice and the experience was better than expected. I would recommend CDI.

Turned me down for an appointment very rudely because I had a reaction to CT contrast at another location. There is no iodine in MRI contrast not sure how they arent aware of this as they are an MRI location. Receptionist was so short and irritated when I asked how they could say no to scheduling me. Would never ever consider calling there again.

Wonderful place for an MRI

THUMBS DOWN I went there on a recommendation although there were many MRI centers in Elgin. I was given a line and blood test for contrast. The tech came back saying was going to proceed without the contrast. Upon leaving I was handed a slip of paper and told to call my primary care doctor. They misdiagnosed me with Stage 5 Kidney Disease. All night i searched the web i was sure to die. Went to doctor who sent me to the hospital for blood test to have results STAT. I was to wait for results to be admitted if their test were right. After the wait the test came back that their test were wrong. The Center has been rude to me like Get over it. I have been hounded by their collection agency. I was literally hooked up to a line at my Cancers lab i have PV. I received a call from their collectors. I think i should be reimbursed for 24 hrs of my life they stole from me along with related cost. Also the harrassment to pay the minor amount deductible continues.

Very impressed Staff was caring knowledgeable and constantly keep you informed. Little wait time and very nice facility. Whatever worries you have they will make you forget all about them. I highly recommend CDI you will not be disappointed
