I have never met a more caring and compassionate doctor. She treats each kid as it was her own and she educated parents with choices. She goes above and beyond as a Doctor and our community is very lucky to have her.

My daughter has seizures. I felt like I kept having to explain myself over and over because my clinic was a revolving door of physicians. My daughter did have a primary physician, but I was never able to get her in to see her primary. I found Dr. Chao and everything changed. She actually genuinely cares about my child. When I make a trip to the ER, Dr. Chao is calling me the next day before I even have time to call her. She follows up, she is invested and she is available all the time.

I could not ask for a better pediatrician. She is so good with the kids and really listens. She cares about the kids and their health. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Phenomenal doctor, absolutely.

She is wonderful. Takes time to make sure you as a parent are comfortable with the diagnosis and dealing with it. Is great with the kids. Has 6 of her own so is my first choice for advise when need solutions to everyday problems.Andrea has called me at home after visits to make sure I don't have any other concerns when the kids have been sick with respiratory problems. SHE IS GREAT!
