In my opinion, Dr. Bales prefers patients who are passive and have very few medical problems. I have problems with above average number of migraines each month, and after saying she would work with me, she instead cancelled my upcoming appt., and told me to contact another doctor. I was very hurt, and felt rejected and abandoned by her. Especially harmful to me, as I had to deal with so much of that during my childhood. It was devastating to me. Got the impression that she only likes/wants easy patients. Would not recommend her to anyone.

I had my first visit with Dr Bales over a knee problem i am currently having. She tookthe time to talk to me about options and gave me a referral to a specialist for my other chronic health issue. I am glad i picked Dr Bales as my primary md, she listens

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone to be frank. The first time I seen her she spent little time with me and didn't help me much with anything. I had infection and needed antibiotics, she refused to see me and suggested I go to urgent care. All other issues she recommends referrals. Felt very unwelcome! Dr. Bales didn't successfully treat any problems I was having, and failed to even set me up with one of her referrals. I felt anxious and uneasy, like she just wanted me to go away.
