Dr Slack is the best. He takes time to answer any questions i have and I always feel like I never feel rushed. He is super knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease when I am concerned. He is absolutely the beat family dr I have ever had.

Dr. Slack is kind, knows his trade, and takes time to genuinely help his patient's. I was out of my seizure medication and he personally called me from a skiing trip to tell me he would call in my medication. I've never had a doctor do something like that. Truly a wonderful doctor!
