I can't stress to you enough not to go near this clinic or the UW Hospital Cardiac Center. The lack of communication and basic care I received during my unsuccessful procedure with Dr. Fleeman at the UW Hospital was ridiculous. If you choose to use this doc and this facility, be prepared to advocate for yourself at every moment. There were delays, mix-ups (anesthesia), miscommunications and disregard at almost every step of the procedure. Pre-op, my companion was asked to sit in the bathroom, and post-op, just to cap off the day, the toilet started flushing repeatedly on its own. Staff took note, but did nothing, and the toilet overflowed. Discharge nurse rushed me out prior to the time of my companion's doctor-scheduled pick-up time. The nurse showed me to the unit's elevator and said he was sure I could find my own way down to the patient pick-up area. Dr. Fleeman's office didn't even schedule a post-op appointment with me. Throughout, I was made to feel inconsequential.
