Since my first visit here in 2019, I have been treated here for dental implant, root canal infection, and routine cleanings. I liked this place so much so that I referred them to my boyfriend and my mother. I was especially impressed with the way they dealt with my mother who was fearful of COVID-19, and has some language barrier. But most importantly, listed below are the reasons why I decided stay: Price/ Transparency: I have worked with Amy many times who would work with my dental insurance places to provide me with the most accurate quotes. And when it's off, on couple occasions I was provided with refund or early stop to my installment plan appropriately. Amy is so easy to work with and always willing to answer my questions. They offer you the best treatment plan to get the most use out of your insurance plan. Before I referred this place to my boyfriend (he needed a root canal), I called at least 3 other places for quotes and Total Dental Care was very competitive. Service/ Quality: The doctors are so friendly and very helpful. I personally see Dr Vandenhaar. I never had a negative experience with any of the dental hygienists. Heidi is my mom's personal favorite. There was one time my old dental insurance was about to expire in a week when I transitioned jobs, Kelsi explained the situation on phone to a referring clinic to get me in for a surgery that week, literally a definition of going above and beyond. Lastly, I have had mostly good experience with the customer service representatives. They do book up fast for cleaning appointments going out as far as 3 months sometimes.
