List of Christian Rickman's Reviews
Treated with respect, explained everything thoroughly and very friendly disposition. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Rickman was dismissive of my concerns, refused to speak with me further when I requested to discuss my chief complaint for being in the ER after being initially seen. When I returned to the ER several days later, I politely asked to be assigned to a different attending ER physician. Dr. Rickman proceeded to walk away from my mother (who herself is a physician) while she was speaking to him. Before sending me to detox, he refused my request for my regularly prescribed blood pressure medications and OTC pain medications. As a result, when I returned from detox, I was in a hypertensive crisis. Unfortunately when you come into the ER you may not have much choice in which physician you are assigned, but if you have the opportunity I highly recommend requesting someone else. His bedside manner is completely inappropriate and his medical decision-making nigh negligent. I am wary of returning to this ER because of this physician. Dr. Rickman needs to find a new field to practice in.

He examined me from ten feet away ,then insulted me after saying 10 words.and refused medical treatment for cardiac palpations.to protect another doctor from malpractice, his review says it all ,I would not recommend him to anyone
stay away
Just for checking the heart rate he sent me a bill for $875.
I came to ER with shortness of breath, pain and bright orange urine. He was condescending, impersonal and did not listen, told me I was "fine" and sent me home. The "fine" turned out to be, not only a bacterial infection, but Hemolytic Anemia and Splenic Cancer!

Abrupt, impersonal, and inconsiderate. Treatment was perfunctory. The nurses and other hospital staff were wholly supportive and sympathetic, but the MD had little to no bedside manner nor sense of professionalism. I would have been better to seek treatment at a 24/7 clinic.
I still cant believe my experience with this Dr. He was very rude and didnt know anything . He actually yelled at me , and did nothing to help me at all , just told me to basically leave when I was in so much pain I couldnt do that . He screamed at me when I yelled in pain . I left the hospital ER only to end up with yet another 911 call as I had passed out from the pain . I had a torn hamstring and he gave me no ice , didnt suggest elevating it , and finally when I started begged him for something he said well I suppose we could try wrapping it ( uh duh ) Everyone knows RICE - rest , ice , compression and Elevation but obviously not this DR . He refused to give me a muscle relaxant or any kind of pain medicine . Treated me like I was a drug addict making it all up -when I came in an ambulance after falling at a restaurant , doing the splits in front of 50 people . I am filing a complaint with the Hospital - no one should be treated this way , my husband was livid .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
