They are very helpful and supportive.

This facility is very nice. Overall it has some disturbing factors. The people that they hire to run the program have no psychiatric background to be able to facilitate a successful program and when you request to speak to the manager that oversees that department they refuse you the right to be able to talk to that manager. And during your shift change they Corentine you in your room for up to 45 minutes for shift change. No matter what your mental state is they don't care! It was pointed out to them that hospitals don't shut down for shift change nor do nursing homes shut down for shift change or other care center shut down for shift change but they feel that this is right for them they say it's a liability issue that's why they need to quarantine people in the rooms so they can commit suicide by themselves. Instead of having somebody to talk to about their feelings. If there was one person in charge that I could have control over firing it would be the supervisor because she was the one preventing need to talk to the manager. And she was allowing her staff to use their cell phones which is a violation and use company computers to watch YouTube videos for personal entertainment instead of working with the patients that are there.
