Dr. spent time discussing options, treatments and prognosis. Was kind, compassionate and spoke to both me and my spouse. Answered all questions. Did not seem hurried. Dr. Gralnek is the exception and not the rule for many specialists. We are very happy with Dr. AND his staff who were very professional. Would highly recommend.
