Dr. Williams misguided myself and my spouse throughout 2 years while trying to obtain a successful pregnancy. Although the success of creating a pregnancy is ultimately based upon circumstances out of his control, he was very unhelpful in direction and instructions. Ultimately he chose to do a sperm retrieval surgery in which he was confident he gathered a sufficient sample. Upon thawing from cryopreservation, there were NO viable sperm. I will never know if this was the fault of the procedure, however, since he did not take the time to follow up with me I'm guessing there was some procedural error along the line. I hope you consider other options carefully before going down Dr. Williams lengthy and uninformative path of medical guidance.

Had what I thought was going to be a simple procedure. I was blissfully pain free before the surgery. After the procedure i was experiencing dull to sharp pains all the time. After numerous appointments following my procedure, we decided to remove a section they thought was causing the pain. Or so we thought. After the surgery, i still experience the same pain but with a lovely large scar that impedes any kind of enjoyment. Deciding to go to UW urology is in my top 3 worst decisions ever. UW patient relations is beyond terrible. I'm still in pain years later.

Explanation of Benefits from insurance claims had him spending 60+ minutes every office visit. I kept track; it was always less than five minutes. Questioned each one, resubmitted, and each came back at a lower bill as an “error.” Fraudulent and unethical.

He's a excellent Doctor. I had been to two other fertility clinics and they knew and did nothing at all. Dr Williams was very attentive to us and we had a beautiful baby shortly after. I highly recommend him.

I met with Dr. Williams for a consultation and then he performed surgery on me. Every step of the way was a positive experience. He took his time, made certain that I understood every step of the process, he listened to my questions, and gave me honest answers. I was treated well at every step of the process and I'd highly recommend Dr. Williams.

I have been seeing Dr. Williams for 3 years and Have had nothing but spectacular service from him. He is attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. Even on my first visit with hi,m he made me feel comfortable and like seeing an old friend. I would highly reccomend him for any of his specialties. I have never felt rushed and all appointments he works out a comprehensive plan of care. I researched him extensively before appt and was impressed by the research he has done.Rated top 10 in his field

The overall experience is poor. Having to go to the hospital to have a clinic appointment, bad parking, checking in 2 times, mainly for getting billed 2 times, and always running late. Sometimes hours late even with a morning appointment. Dr W. does little to no resurch or planning before you get in the room with him. You leave with not much of a plan afterwards. He is nice but needs to work on his overall experience.
