Diagnosed Pneumonia without ANY testing. Antibiotic given caused C diff

Currently fighting a $586.00 charge from this doctor, and was never seen by him. The nurse in the ER humiliated me and I ended up leaving and immediately filing a formal complaint with Sharon at Janesville WI St Mary’s risk management department. Only to get a bill and now collections notice for the “out of network doctor” that I was seen by that day. I was never seen by this doctor and he billed me for a visit..... watch your bills.

My first review “had trouble posting” I’m fighting a 586.00 charge from this doctor and was never seen. I left the ER after the nurse humiliated me for coming in under the urgent care doctors the night before direct orders. Currently having to file a police report to dispute this with the collections agency.

Long story short...Dr. Russo dismissed my sons health concerns and did not take the proper time to examine him and be sure that he was okay. We were visiting from out of town when we had to call 911 and go to Ozaukee St. Mary's ER. Because he did not take the time to really help my son we ended up back in the ER within 24 hours at Children's hospital. The doctors there were astonished that my son was not given any course of treatment and thank goodness they were able to help him and we could return home. This was completely unacceptable and Dr. Russo should be aware of his actions!!!!!
