I accompanied my relative on a recent appointment--We've never had a more compassionate, thorough and competent physician-all of her recommendations have helped her greatly!

Took a few hours for the provider to come to the patient room but when she did she seemed very respectful and composed when she introduced herself--great impression. Once she was looking into the chart she did not explain anything or relay information to the patient/family. Once the family did not want to proceed with ONE option (originally stated there were many options for plan of care), she did not offer any suggestions and was very rude and discharged the patient from the emergency room.
