Dr Austin was an unbelievably Doctor. She was so personable , explained things perfectly, and made my uncomfortable colonoscopy comfortable.. was in and out in 30 minutes feeling great like it never happened. She also never looked rushed or annoyed like a lot do. Amy, her nurse who did my iv was such a lovely person and put me at ease and I think it was Michelle? Who did my anesthesia who did an incredible job I slept the entire time thanks to that red head. My experience with dr. Austin and her team could not have been better. Thank you to all of you. Shelly with out an E;)

Her and her team provide excellent care. She is a fantastic communicator by both listening to my questions and answering them in terms I can understand. She takes time to explain the procedure and any follow up care. She performed both a colonoscopy and endoscopy as well as a follow up endoscopy on me, all procedures went smoothly with no complications. She is very professional and yet personal.
