Yesterday I had a Ganglion Cyst removed by Dr.Krause at UW Health Madison East. In both the clinic setting as well as before the procedure, she provided me with all the information, available options, and explained how the entire procedure would go. I was most impressed with the entire surgical team! The procedure was done with great care and efficiency. The post op care and outcomes also went exactly as predicted. Everyone on the team, including Dr.Kruse, were patient and had wonderful bedside manners! I would highly recommend Dr.Kruse to any of my friends or family members!

Recently I had a series of ganglionic cysts removed from left wrist area and a right hand trigger finger release incision at a combined procedure. Dr. Kruse was not only a remarkably skilled surgeon, she listened and interacted with me on my questions and concerns. I never once felt rushed because she took the time for real two-way conversations with me. I was equally impressed with the anestiology team, surgical nurses and the PAs. Every one of them brought a high level of professionalism, compassion and humor to their positions. I would 100% recommend Dr Lisa Kruse and her team to my family and friends.

I wouldn’t allow Dr. Lisa Kruse to operate on my worst enemy. I don’t even know how she graduated from medical school, let alone became an orthopedic surgeon. Her surgical skills are non-existent, and her interpersonal skills are worse. After allowing her to operate on me, I’m now searching for another physician to correct the damage she’s done to my arm.
