Natasha Frost's Online Review Report Card

What I like about Dr Frost is that she's a straight shooter. She will tell you in detail what's going on whether you want to hear it or not. But that's the kind of honesty I appreciate. Even in between visits when I have issues and have to see My primary care or some other doctor in my team, she will write something on my My Chart. Her team keeps watch and comments when they do tests. I really appreciate that and it makes me feel like I'm hearing from a parties on my team for a cohesive update on my condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone with multiple sclerosis or anything related.

She puts on a smile during my visits and has me walk down a hallway to tell me everything is fine. She asks about cognitive issues and if I tell her I am experiencing difficulties with memory and focus or severe fatigue her go to statement for 3 years has been "M.S doesn't directly cause that". I complained of awful nerve pain on my left side that started after a flare and she told me to talk to a psychiatrist, after seeing a new doctor it was confirmed to be nerve pain and was promptly made better with lyrica. Having any questions or problems outside of you visit just forget about it her or her nurse will tell you to see your primary care provider because guess what they dont think it is caused by M.S. You are better off on your own.

Dr. Frost lacks empathy, does not explain things well and pushes you to take medicines with horrible side effects when not completely necessary. She is as cold as her last name - she should have never become a health specialist that works with patients.

Dr. Frost always takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I will understand. I don't feel rushed when I see her. She makes sure she answers all my questions before I leave the appointment.

Dr frost threw me on medication for crushing headaches! When I told her all my side effects she said”I don’t know why you feel so bad! Wow a dr who says that I have no time for!

Dr. Natasha Frost (sounds like the name of a spy from a James Bond movie) right? ;). Dr. Frost is VERY professional AND thorough She is very up to date on MS and the medications prescribed, for this disease. She took a lot of time getting to know me and my history. Her team of MS professionals are fabulous too. Shirley did a wonderful job of reassuring and directing me on what my next steps would be, as far as my information needed for my transferring of information ect. She was especially kind and very good at her job. I was told by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society that the U of W hospital Neurology was referred by them for MS many times and are known for their expertise and professionalism in the study and care of their MS patients. I would definitely recommend them.
