Humble person. Normal. Asks a pile of questions but keeps the conversation engaging and comfortable. Then he will ask more questions. A lot of back and forth. I've never been in a doc visit so long that felt short. You will leave the office with a better understanding of your situation. You will begin working on a long term plan. It takes time. Be patient. I showed up 30 minutes late today and he was willing to make it work. Normally if your 15 min late clinic policy is to reschedule. Thanks Maganti.

I would highly recommend Dr. Maganti. I've had epilespy for about 15 years now and I've seen may different doctors (about 9). In my opinion he is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable which sadly in my opinion is hard to find in a doctor these days. He doesn't stare at your chart the whole time while you talk nodding his head half listening. I drive 30 miles one way to see him and if I ever moved I would drive a couple hundred miles. I have to warn you that seeing him for the first time is a long wait but as soon as you are a patient appointments are easy and fast. He returns calls personally and quickly. I feel like we decide things about my situation together and treats me like an indivdual and doesn't group me into the "epilespy bunch". I believe he keeps current with all advances and studies; which I found some doctors to be stuck in the old days.Again I would highly recommend this doctor.

I have never had a doctor who has provided such personal and professional care. He finally got the right diagnosis, the right medication and actually calls me personally! He spends as much time with me as I need to make me feel comfortable with every decision that we make TOGETHER. I have never had a doctor treat me with such personal care. I highly recommend Dr. Maganti for any epilepsy patient. Unfortunately, the office staff are horrible, but don't let that keep you away.

i have been seeing dr maganti for a little over a year and i just think he is the best thing since sliced bread he is great i love him he is so knowledgeable about my illness and does everything he can to help me to be a normal functioning adult in the world.
