List of Randy Heidel's Reviews
Dr. Heidel is a wonderful and patient physician, he really listens to his patients and collaborates with them to agree on the best approach for healthcare for each individual. Excellent experience!
Takes time to listen to all concerns and really collaborates with his patients to make sure they are comfortable with the health and wellness plan.
Dr. Heidel is the finest internal medicine doctor we have had -- and in our 74 years we have had several that allow us to compare. He's so very knowledgeable, so caring, so honest, so humble. You are in the best of hands if he is your primary care physician.
Can’t say enough about him I have been going to him for several years as did my father I have many completed conditions He has diagnosed and treated me above and beyond he also diagnosed and save my fathers life I can more than recommend him to anyone
Randy has been my Doctor for about 10 years or so. I switched to him when my original primacy care provider moved. I has asked around for opinions and he was recommended highly by a few friends who work at the clinic. He is extremely attentive to my needs, answers my questions well, takes extra time for things when he needs to, and he is very knowledgeable. He is also fond of using MyChart and many times we just email and I don't even have to go to the clinic. His nurse Cindy is also wonderful.
Dr. Heidel is very friendly and I liked him until he completely misdiagnosed a life threatening illness that I had. He was treating me for something minor and it turned out I had a major heart problem. Needless to say, I changed to a different doctor and clinical So I think he is good for minor problems, but when I had something really serious, he did not spend enough time getting to the bottom of my problem and as a result I almost lost my life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
