Dr. McAchran has been outstanding explaining everything, easing my fears, concerns about having surg. She took her time, was very thorough and I highly recommend her to anyone needing any urology treatment. Def the best of the best.

Very disappointed. No knowledge of my pelvic floor disorder whatsoever. very condescending, contradicted other uw experts. thank God I met my deductible because I would hate to have paid for this.

Dr. McAchran listened to me and explained everything going on. She was very clear in her explanations of what needs to be done and why. She does her own notes so as to be sure of accuracy including a referral to another needed department. I feel very reassured with her being the Dr in charge of my care and impending surgery.

I would never recommend Dr. McAchran's services to family or friends. I waited months to see her, only to watch her type notes during appt, and recommend health psych and pain clinic. No answers provided as to WHY I was having symptoms post hysterectomy/internal abdominal hemorrhage.
