Thomas Teelin's Online Review Report Card

He is very good at answering questions, explaining things, and has a great bedside manner. He seems very honest and upfront about my health issues. Is always making sure I understand his health plans for me and that I have a say in my health care. I have had him for my cardiologist since January 2012. He always seems genuinely concerned about my health.

A great doctor! Very caring and knowledge. I trust him!

My life has been made better by having Dr. Teelin on my side. Everyone else gave me no hope, but his team has improved my quality of life totally. Now I can continue to lead my own lifestyle.

I went to the office on highland ave. In Madison. He was rude from the moment he walked in the room and barely greeted me. I waited for an hour for him to come in the room so In my opinion I should have been the one being rude. The technicians that did my echocardiogram said that one of my heart valves was not working properly and they were concerned immediately. Even though the technicians said my echocardiogram results showed my heart was in a severe condition, Dr Teelin told me that in his opinion my heart condition was minor. He did a second echocardiogram a couple weeks later and He took almost 2 weeks to finally tell me the results and he once again went against the technicians advice and said my heart valve wasn’t in that bad of a condition. A little while later I had a second opinion from a second doctor and he told me that my heart valve was failing and in severe condition. If you care about your health and your life in general, never go to this Doctor Teelin. He is rude, late, unprofessional and has no sense of concern for his patients. DO NoT and I repeat DO NOT! Go to this Dr Teelin as you can see the first review above matches mine almost to a T!! Ridiculous!!

I saw Dr. Teelin for a heart palpitations, he was abrasive and rude from the moment he made contact with me while waiting the 20 minutes it took for him to come in to the exam room i was in i decided to play a mobile game on my phone because my phone serves as a comfort object and helps me with my disabilities. Within literally 2 seconds of opening the door he asked me in a curt voice if he should come back. I said no, I didnt even have time to put my phone down. I then waited a few weeks to get

He could not have been more disinterested in my case, left me sitting in limbo without follow up or a treatment plan. I was seen only one time despite 2 procedures with no follow up except via email with his nurse. Sought another cardiologist outside of UW & receiving the care needed. Would not recommend.
