Nurses and medical staff are very helpful friendly and professional. I was fascinated how much of support the medical staff can offer in a very stressful yet lovely life event as giving birth. The amount of knowledge and experience they have is tremendous! I would thank Emily and Jessica who are the best nurses I met during the two nights stay at the hospital. I would say at Meriter hospital you would have the best birth experience any woman would ask for.

Hey, maybe if you're actually trying to help someone or have genuine concern for them, don't give them reasons to want to leave? Backwards logic from a place that is supposed to help society run by people who are supposed to be among the best we have to offer that can't see beyond books and spreadsheets. unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the staff. The nurse who was attending to my daughter dropped her vomiting pills on the ground and then proceeded to give them to her without cleaning them or providing a replacement. This was extremely concerning to me, and I felt that the staff did not take our health and safety seriously. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone based on my experience. The care we received was subpar, and the staff was not professional or attentive to our needs. I hope that they take steps to improve their service in the future so that others do not have to go through what we did."

Brought my family member in for suicidal thoughts and self harm and they didn’t monitor or help her at all. Waited 3 hours for blood work and another 2 for the social worker to show up.

I was admitted to the 6th floor. The staff was talented in the knowledge they have. Diagnostic equipment is present at most hospitals but what I will remember is the outstanding staff. The teamwork , knowledge, and empathy were extraordinary. No matter what, they demonstrated unyielding care to me and the other patients. It will be the staff that I will long remember. Everyone was beyond my expectations, but there are 2 people that will be carved in my memory. A CNA from India. She was remarkable. Worked endlessly to serve patients. I apologize for not having her nam. I did record it, but am unable to locate. And then there was Nurse Savannah. Very professional and provided outstanding care. What mattered most to me, however, was her personality that brought a smile to my face every time she entered the room. And that was meaningful tome. Oftentimes it’s the best medicine.
