No bedside manner for my 93 year old grandma. She even gave him a compliment during her first appt with him, and he shrugged her off. She has had her second appointment last week and she now sees what I saw during the first visit. She is very saddened by his lack of care and will be getting a 2nd opinion on her care. He doesn’t smile and doesn’t sit during the appts (seems like the patients are an inconvenience to him). Does he not have any elderly family members himself? Come on and treat your patients like paying customers and like how you would like your family treated. My grandma made it 93 years and doesn’t deserve treatment like this. Very disappointed. I will be calling the office tomorrow to leave feedback with his leader.

The receptionist, the nurse and Dr Klumb. All rude and disrespectful. Bedside manner non existent. Not worth the 6 minutes spent there. Stay away from this place!😠

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Klumb. He fixed my husband’s broken femur beautifully. We were worried that we would need to drive to Green Bay to find excellent care. But after meeting Dr. Klumb, felt confident that he was the surgeon to do the job. My husband was back to his active lifestyle months later, even doing intense strength workouts. And Dr. Klumb even took care to avoid marring my husband’s thigh tattoo with his incisions. Very happy.

Fractured my elbow and did a great job of repairing it surgically. One month later I re-fractured it and he put me back together again surgically. It was a complicated surgery and he did a great job! Healing very well and no complications, thank God! Good bedside manner and easy to talk to, explains well so you totally understand your options . Very pleased

I need two knee replacements and I needed a second opinion, I received a suggestion of two shots, one in each knee to help me get through the wait until I can schedule a full knee replacement. 4 hours later my knees felt pretty darn good. The shots worked and he was great with explanation, he didn’t use medical language to educate me on what need to occur and the primary reason was to understand the replacement was necessary. I will go back!!
