Dr. Butterfield is BY FAR the BEST Doctor I have ever seen! Both my husband and I see him and we Love him! He genuinely listens to every concern and most definitely resolves every issue we've ever had. When you see a Doctor for 5 years and you stop care with them because nothing has ever been resolved and then switch to a Doctor (Dr Butterfield) and he takes care and solves the issue in 1 appointment... Ummmmm that's says alot about him! He is prompt, doesn't like a lot of small talk, sticks to the issue at hand, and doesn't have you in his office constantly and prescribe or have you do things that cost you more out of pocket (unless your insurance requires it first) and will fit you in his schedule no matter how busy he is. Doesn't matter how small or how big your issue is, he listens. He is extremely knowledgeable and gets it done!!!! I highly recommend him.

Poor communication between staff, patient and doctor. No follow up.

This doctor was arrogant and rude. He kept asking my husband and myself questions about my husbands situation and we had no idea how to answer. My husband was sent to him because of a blood clot in his leg. And he wanted us to tell him what kind of blood clot is it, etc. When we didn't know he says rudely "oh, you don't know!" Never had him take a blood test before starting on blood thinners. He kept mentioning it was Friday and it is hard to get any answers from anyone. He was very very rude!

Very nice and polite in office but once you leave forget it. He doesn't call in medications, doesn't return phone calls, Could care less about you as a patient or your concerns. would not recommend him uless you have a cold.
