List of Rick Rilling's Reviews
Had a ruptured Achilles tendon, and from the minute he entered the exam room, I felt at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, and answered any questions I had. Surgery went great, as did the follow up. He genuinely cares about his patients, and has a GREAT bedside manner. Years later he gave me a second opinion on a rotator cuff tear, and recommended not having surgery, and to try his PT first. Shoulder has been great since- doing his PT... and NO SURGERY!!
we had never been to see dr.rilling and knew little about him. we were very pleased with his bedside manner, took all the time he needed to explain what we needed to know and knew what he was talking about. i recommend him highly
I recently moved to the area and had surgery performed by another doctor from home (who was excellent). I was concerned about infection in the incision so I went to Dr. Rilling. He told me he wished he never had to see another ankle/foot injury again. He maybe spent 2 minutes in the room with me, hardly looked at my ankle and didn't even touch my foot. DO NOT go to this doctor if you want quality care. I have never been so disatisfied.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
