Strama Sport & Spine is AMAZING! Have always worked with John for therapy and recently dry needling. Have had 2 daughters spend a little to much time with John due to sports injuries. Knowing that he would make time to see them at any given time when they had uncertainty is where Strama Sport & Spine went above and beyond. I recently have tried dry needling which has given relief with no pain. Highly recommend Strama Sport & Spine.

Congratulations on your 4th anniversary. I have used your services after a knee and shoulder replacement with much success. You answered all questions and were encouraging. I have had dry needlework done also.

When I broke my ankle they helped me figure out there was still something wrong with it (still broken after 3 months even & referred me to an Amazing different Doctor who did surgery & back to Katie I went for P.T. & I'm playing sports again which was my goal.
